Recruitment data and privacy
Scout Radar uses hiring requests, public professional information, and candidate-provided information to research roles and assess potential matches. We use service providers for AI analysis, search, personal email resolution, and email delivery.
Candidates can decline an opportunity or stop all Scout Radar contact by replying “do not contact” to an email. Declining one role does not automatically suppress every future opportunity.
We seek candidate agreement before presenting a profile to the specific hiring company. Private contact and compensation details are not included in a report without permission. Reports are delivered privately as PDF attachments to the verified hiring client.
Job data is normally retained for up to 12 months after completion or cancellation. Unverified requests are removed after seven days. Minimal suppression records are retained to honor opt-outs; limited operational audit records may be retained longer.
For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact [email protected]. Include enough information to identify the request; do not send identity documents or sensitive personal data unless specifically necessary.
